Near-infrared spectroscopy technology developed up to now has already became the most remarkable high-tech analysis techniques. The instrument has been widely used on-site analysis because of its simple, rapid analysis, extensive non-destructive analysis of objects and many other advantages.Near-infrared spectroscopy technology developed up to now has already become the most remarkable Spectrum analysis technology. The instrument has been widely used on-site analysis because of rapid analysis, extensive non-destructive analysis of objects and many other advantages.With the advancement of technology in recent years, high-performance near-infrared spectroscopy instrument emerges in endlessly, but there are some difficulties in realize of an independent analysis of the field without the control of the host computer. Therefore, It has innovation significance that design a portable NIR spectrometer applying to on-site analysis.This paper designs a portable NIR spectrometer based on ARM-Linux, using rich internal storage resources and external interface resources, and powerful processing capabilities, taking the advantage of the characteristics of ARM advanced embedded technology fully, which achieved the acquisition, storage and display of spectral data, using linear regression algorithm to build calibration models and finally achieved a interpersonal interaction interface design based QT graphical development tool.
