The near-infrared( NIR) spectroscopy technology is becoming widely used in agriculture, food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other fields. Due to its non-polluting, non-damaging, high efficiency, high test speed and other advantages, NIR instrument is developed and applied by many researchers. However, the analysis field have increased their demanding on spectrometer technique, except of accuration and stability, the instrument is to be more intelligent, which is one of the development direction of spectrometer.This thesis aimed at the intelligent development demands of NIR spectrometer, combined NIR spectroscopy technology and embedded intelligence technology, studied and constructed a near infrared spectrometer based on ARM microprocessor and embedded Linux system. The spectrometer consists of front-end optical systems, signal acquisition and processing systems, control systems and corresponding software system, the later two chapters would describe this study.In signal processing part, we used a lock-in amplifier technology and studied the lock-in amplifier's signal path, which the reference channel was associated with a control circuit design. The achieved lock-in amplifier reference channel phase can be adjusted in a range of 0-360 degree.An embedded Linux system environment based on embedded ARM platform was built, we also analyzed the drivers and applications' design of serial communication and SPI serial communication of S3C6410 basing on embedded Linux platform.A Qt_Embedded interactive interface was designed, the displsy interface includes of setting relevant parameters, data collection, drawing, preservation, analysis and processing of data and so on.Finally, the optical system, back-end hardware and software system were developed to realize the raster scanning near-infrared spectrometer. The whole system was simply operated by a touch-screen control. In general, this study provided a base for the development of intelligent NIR spectrometer.
