In the modern warfare, precision guidance technology has become a powerful weapon to fight military targets. As photoelectric technology develops, the invention of laser blind weapons imperils imaging detectors of precision guidance weapons’seekers. Therefore, precision guidance weapons have a direct effect on precision and effectiveness of laser protection.This paper proposes a kind of DMD image analysis system applied to missile seekers. It can protect the CCD from interferential laser by modulate light with DMD.This paper introduces DMD working principle in detail and analyzes the system structure and working principle of image analysis system on the whole. This paper mainly makes a study of control software of DMD image analysis system and expounds from image acquisition and Image processing via CCD. Control software uses VC++program and achieves acquiring images via Camera Link image acquisition card and identifies laser spots. CCD camera is demarcated and distortion is corrected by Open CV open source functions. According to that CCD pixels and DMD pixel size are considerable small,。 An adjustment method by using phase-shifting moire method is proposed, which solves the problem of pixel-to-pixel correspondence adjustment. DMD digital micromirror array module is controlled by PC software via USB2.0. Feasibility and effectiveness of this method has been confirmed by adjustment experiment.
