Internal control of the project is important to ensure project quality.the project of theunderlying assets and project safety compliance of the whole process.It is essential toenhance the project’s internal controls, because of projects with long duration, a hugeamount, involving many links and complex characteristics.Overview abroad, there are manyresearches about engineering project, and there are a lot of different emphases. some peoplemainly focus on analysis of a particular internal control of industry projects; Some mainlymade analysis on the approval, bidding, cost, construction and acceptance and many otheraspects of the internal control of project; Some also had researches from the project ’sinternal controls five elements, namely internal control environment, risk assessment,control activities, information and communication, supervision and inspection and otheraspects of research; Of course, many are from the project ’s analysis of internal control as awhole. In this paper, at fist an overview of the project is introduced, and then analyzes theinternal control of the project focuses on the problems and the reasons of these problems andpresented the internal control measures for the project which is according to the analysis ofthe reasons.For internal control of the project, there are still some problems such as theinternal control system is not perfect, the lack of supervision of internal control projects andother issues, which we should strengthen the internal control construction projects, increaseproject all aspects of internal control supervision, and increase internal controls for breachof the project, resulting in project of poor qualities. Projects on how to strengthen theinternal control are proposed feasibility research focus of this paper. It proposed a supervisorfrom the respective projects to improve internal controls to strengthen the project realizedthat the internal control, information technology and the corresponding cost control measures.Lastly, this paper analyzes the causes of internal control of H Trade and Industry Bureau,and proposes some solutions of it. The quality of the project is related to the life of project,even it is related to people’s lives and property safety, it is an emergency to strengtheninternal control projects.
