| With the steady development of economy and the gradual improvement of enterprise management system,internal control has gradually become an important way for engineering project enterprises to self-supervise and deal with risks,all kinds of "bean curd dregs" project heavy casualties,losses also let the internal control of the project more attention.There are many links in the process of project construction,from bidding to final final accounts,each link will involve a lot of funds and management issues.Therefore,engineering enterprises need to pay close attention to the optimization and perfection of internal control of engineering projects.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background,theoretical and practical significance of the internal control of engineering projects.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign related issues of theoretical research,elaborated the project internal control theory,as a theoretical basis for the case study,followed by understanding of S Company’s project internal control management status,check its project internal control flow chart,the operation of internal control was observed by theoretical analysis and field investigation.Through the questionnaire survey,the thesis selects the index,analyzes the weight of each index in the project internal control,and finds out the existing problems in the project internal control management,this thesis analyzes the causes of internal control problems from the four stages of project preparation,construction,payment and completion,and advances some optimized schemes.Through the optimized operation of the program,once again observe the S Company’s project quality and work efficiency,further improve the optimization measures.The above measures make s company’s internal control system more scientific,but also with Operability.Finally,this thesis makes a summary and outlook,so that the project internal control operation effective,improve the efficiency of enterprise projects,increase enterprise income. |
