Simulation and analysis of flow field in dust source control and bag type dust collector has become an important means of selecting the scheme of dust source control and design of bag filter by using computer. It is of great significance to the design optimization of dust control in the process of blowing device and Optimization and upgrading of bag type dust collector. There are a lot of researches on the internal flow field of the dust source control and reports on the airflow organization of Bag type dust collector. But they are confined to the study of fluid flow problems. While there is little research on using what kind of tools to study the precipitator flow field. There are few studies on the selected hardware configuration and software to support the system. In the previous studies, although there are mentioned about how to select the calculation of turbulent model, how to find the numerical calculation of the flow fields available simulation system, how to select the rational calculation of initial conditions and boundary conditions, there is little special research on this problem.In view of the above problems, this paper carried out research work from the following aspects:(1) Design of digital simulation system. This paper analyzes the composition of digital simulation system and explains the main technology of the digital simulation system. At the same time, this paper analyses the part of digital simulation system and the function of each part.(2) Research on supporting digital simulation system. Index of the hardware performance analysis of computer hardware and factors of effect of system of digital simulation, provide the basis for the numerical calculation of the computer hardware configuration options.(3) Research on software component of digital simulation system. The digital simulation model of all kinds of software are analyzed, this paper chooses a suitable software system in the dust source control and the digital simulation of bag type dust collector.(4) Application of digital simulation system in the blowing device. On the basis of the above research, the paper gives the application of the digital simulation system of numerical calculation for the blowing device without the guiding plate and the baffle plate and analysis the uniformity in contrast to the two devices, Based on the numerical installed the blowing device and not with baffle plates in calculation, the flow baffle plate uniformity is much better than the hair without the guiding device, and evaluate the uniformity of the blowing device installed guiding plate.(5) Application of digital simulation system in the bag type dust collector. Making Digital simulation on the two models of jet type bag filter used in the digital simulation system of internal air distribution, and by monitoring point setting, analysis the uniformity of the internal flow field of two kinds of bag type dust collector contrast. At the same time, this paper refines the turbulent model, numerical methods to match to bag type dust collector, a reasonable calculation of initial and boundary conditions.
