| Air defense weapons mainly include surface-to-air missile, antiaircraft gun, or high rategating gun weapons and integrated missile weapon system, etc. Surface-to-air missile possessthe high single-shot kill probability, large airspace of kill and wound, especially has theprominent advantage of basic invariable destruction within the scope of kill and wound. But italso have some disadvantages, such as large area of blind area at close range, combateffectiveness disappear after interference suppression by enemy, high cost, has less effect onsustainable capabilities of battle. Antiaircraft gun as well as gating weapon has severaladvantages. For example, high initial velocity, high rate of fire, the hit precision is high andkill probability is great, short reaction time and low cost of battle. But the disadvantages arethat the intercepting airspace is small and they hardly reach the operational requirement ofcombat with high altitude air raid weapon platform of hostile forces. So, they mainly be usedin close-in air-defense and antimissile. Integrated gun missile system is an air defense weaponsystem which surface-to-air missile units antiaircraft gun, shared radar and a variety ofphotoelectric detection equipment and fire control. Integrated missile weapon system hasmany advantages, such as quick response, good fire intensity, high kill probability, broaddefense airspace, small Blind area, anti-jamming, can perform several intercept in a very shorttime. All these reached a newly operational effectiveness that a independent air defensemissile, a independent anti-aircraft gun or a gating gun is unlikely to achieve. This paper haspreliminarily analyzed the models of target seeking, threat judgment of operational object,assignment operational objectives, fire distribution, operational effectiveness, and put forwardto some improvements for the general design.1. Analyzed and calculate the defense airspace of artillery and antiaircraft missilerespectively, we got a combined defense airspace after the two weapons’ union, and analyzedthe overlap area of firepower. The analysis showed that defense airspace of integrated missileweapon system is enlarged and make the best of the both weapons. 2. At the conditions of considering the main factors of target threat assessment, and theuncertain factors in the process of evaluation, we comprehensively evaluate the target threatdegree, provide the theory basis for the distribution of the targets to attack.3. According to the calculated targets threat degree, we reasonably assumed the targetflow, and completed the target assignment of weapons system.4. We built a Mathematical model of the fire control system of weapon system, andcalculated and indicated the detection probability of radar for the targets under no jammingand passive jamming. Then, we analyzed the influencing factor of capacity of photoelectricdetection system.5. We study the law of motion of targets and antiaircraft missile at the conditions of different directcoefficients and simulation study the theory of ballistic of Rapid fire artillery projectile.6. Analyzed the hit damage probability of Rapid fire artillery projectile and antiaircraftmissile respectively, analyzed the operational effectiveness of the weapons system, promotedsome improvements for the weapons system’s improvements.7. We analyzed the opportunities and the challenges that the modern war has put forwardto the air defense weapon system, and present some personal ideas to the creation of combateffectiveness of the army.This paper raise a optimize method to improve the tactical and technical index via thestudy of Integrated missile weapon system, and present some personal ideas to the weaponsystem according to the reality of the army.
