With the rapid development of aerospace engineering, data logger has been extensiveused for aircraft flight test. it is used for collect and store the surroundings parameters and theworking condition during flight,when aircraft return land, data logger is retrieved hardly, datacould be able to read out from data logger and be used to analyze the performance and thefault of aircraft system, so that improvement the design of aircraft. This paper design of thehybrid coding can be encrypted data logger is used for completing the acquisition and storageof noisy signal、impact signal and PCM code data for flight test of a certain type aircraft.This paper introduces topics source and research Significance, researchesthe development status of data logger at home and abroad. It is based on mission requirements,with high matching and reliability for the design Principles, make use of the design idea ofmodularization, put forward overall design of the data logger. It needs to finish the followingwork:(1) Taking FPGA as logic control unit, it monitoring ADS8365collect6-channal analogsignal, receives1-channal PCM streams via the RS-422interface.(2) After putting analogs data and digital data hybrid encoding, making use of AESencryption algorithm Completes data encryption in FPGA.(3) Selecting Samsung’s NAND-type FLASH as the storage medium, make use oftwo-plane technology for reading、writing、erasing flash to complete data storage.(4) Making use of LVDS communications technology, connect reading monitoringdevices and data logger, responsible for the transmission of commands and data.Finally, after a large number of ground tests, assessment of data logger performance.Using the PC for data analysis shows that the analog signal waveform is correct, digital signal without error data and lost data. The test results show that the system performance is stableand reliable, meet the mission requirements.
