In recent years, with the speeding up of the urbanization process and the improvement of people's living standard in many parts of China. As the huge increase of electricity demand by industrial and commercial customers and service industrial customers, the requirement of power supply capacity, power quality and services are also increasing by the low pressure electricity users. With the rise of the demands to the power supply service quality progressively of the whole society, the overall lag issues of the distribution network construction have gradually become weak links of power company. The fast repaired of the distribution network and the power supply quickly restored put forward higher requirements because of the large variety and widely scattered distribution equipment. As the current distribution terminal does not meet the function and performance requirements in marketing and distribution technology, so it is necessary to develop new intelligent power distribution system.Under the "big marketing" and "big overhaul" construction background of the state grid corporation, there are two main problems in marketing and distribution business cooperation, on the one hand it is the transmission of distribution information, on the other hand it is the installation and troubleshooting of electricity meter. What's more, power system is the base of national economy development and people's daily life. It has a very high requirement in information security.The solution presented in this article is a kind of marketing and distribution collaboration system which based on improved AES and ECC hybrid encryption algorithm. It achieves the goal of marketing and distribution collaboration and meets with the technology development in marketing and distribution. What's more, it also solves the urgent problem of key equipment monitoring and troubleshooting, real-time data transmission, alert data uploading automatically. Through the application of data encryption technology, this system improves the performance of data transmission security and prevents data stolen and tampered. However, data encryption technology is the basis of marketing and distribution collaboration system can be really applied.The following is the major work of this article:(1) This article introduces the research background and significance of intelligent distribution network and marketing and distribution collaboration, analyses the research status of intelligent distribution network and marketing and distribution collaboration in china and other countries.(2) This article analyses the related technology of marketing and distribution collaboration system, such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet and GPRS communication protocols, ARM processor and embedded operating system u C/OS, AES and ECC encryption algorithm.(3) This article puts forward a kind of S-box alternative solution to improve the AES algorithm. Combining the advantages and disadvantages of symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption technology, this article researchs and implements a kind of improved AES and ECC mixed encryption algorithm. Based on this algorithm it improves the data transmission security performance of marketing and distribution collaboration system.(4) This article designes the marketing and distribution collaboration system architecture, analyses the system use case and designes detailedly the main function modules in this system, including the data analysis, the terminal management, the display mode of web main station. It also includes the design of communication and business server module, marketing and distribution collaboration terminal module.(5) This article implements the main parts of marketing and distribution collaboration system, including the terminal management and the data analysis of web main station. It also implements the communication and business server and the marketing and distribution collaboration terminal equipment.
