Since entering twenty-first Century, the research and development of precisely guided shell has received the attention of all superpowers. The black box gathers and stores every kind of the parameter while the shell flying. The black box could provide reliable data information for subsequent research and development after scientists analyzing the data recorder which is recycled from the black box in the shell. The conventional black box's acquisition rate and memory efficiency can not reach the standard of modern precisely guided shell. Therefore, this article studies a high speed and large capacity data recorder based on FPGA parallel architecture. At first, this paper analyzes the function demand and the design index of the whole system. Then according to the demand analysis and technical index requirements,it proposed the design scheme of data acquisition for multi data input interface using DSP+FPGA as the core control system and storage design scheme for multi slice parallel FLASH array. Then the article elaborates the overall architecture design of FPGA in detail.According to different functions, the FPGA is divided into clock module, data input interface module, memory module,FLASH bus control module and address distribution module. The composition and function of each module are described in detail. After the design of the overall architecture of FPGA is finished, the paper gives the specific implementation method and the simulation waveform of the module. Then, the hardware platform of the missile borne black box system is designed, including the core control system circuit design and related PCB design. In the end of the article, the hardware platform of the design is debugged and verified. The effective data waveform which is drawn through the firing experiment's data shows that the system design is reasonable and each module works properly.
