| High-power permanent magnet synchronous motor is the main actuator of the largeship electric propulsion, high-speed locomotive traction and maglev train.With the the development and progress of rare earth permanent magnet materials,microelectronics, power electronics technology and modern control theory, drivetechnology based on high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor has become a newdirection for the development of AC motor control technology, because of its superiority,high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor drive technology has obtained a widerange of research and application.This paper first analyzes the structure and characteristics of the PMSM (permanentmagnet synchronous, short PMSM), and established a permanent magnet synchronousmotor mathematical model in the synchronous rotating coordinate system. On this basis, theprinciple of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control is introduced, and thecontrol method ofid=0is chosen ultimately, at the same time the block diagram of theactual AC drive control system is designed,Then the algorithm principle of space vectorpulse width modulation (SVPWM) is studied in detail.As for hardware, H8/3687microcontroller of Renesas is used as the core control circuit,the power circuit uses Optocoupler HCPL-316J to drive IGBT module CM150DY-24A inorder to bulid the Vector control system hardware platform. This paper introduces thedesign of power circuit and control circuit that included in the control system in detail. Thecontrol system includes rectifier circuit, filter circuit, inverter circuit, current/voltage andthe velocity/position detecting circuit, the isolation circuit and so on. Current collectioncircuit is detected by a removable, high-precision current sensor, it improve the controlprecision, response speed and stability, and achieve a high performance closed-loop control. The voltage detector uses a classic resistor divider method to detect the voltage, and make adetailed analysis and calculations on the choose of parameters of the main components.As for software, interrupt method was chosen as the main scheme to realize the controlfunction in the design. The algorithm of Vector control is implemented in PWM interruptmodule.The flow chart of main functions were given, such as main programs, interrupt, ADsampling algorithm and so on. Finally, the simulation of the permanent magnet synchronousmotor vector control system is done in Simulink environment,and the simulation resultshows that the high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control strategycan be implemented under ideal conditions. |
