Explosion damage parameters are important indicators for the killing effect ofammunition, accurate measurement of various explosion damage parameters such asoverpressure shock, vibration and time, can provide the basis for the development processordnance explosion type of discrimination, the power of contrast, performance evaluation,which is important for China’s national defense. The existence of universal test system formeasuring the parameters of the current destruction laid inconvenience, test parameters overa single storage test system needs to reclaim readings and other issues. In this paper, theintegrated use of data collection technology, storage technology and test wireless and opticalfiber communication technology, designed with a in the field of common explosive damageparameter storage test system.Through the study of the current situation at home and abroad explosion damageparameter test, analyzes the formation of explosive shock wave, the main parameters of theshock wave, shock wave overpressure propagation theory, the main parameters in thestructure of vibration acceleration response and the testing principle the moment of theexplosion, Combined storage testing principles and wireless technology, analyzes thefeasibility of the system..According to the project on the test system technical requirements, the system is dividedinto the main control unit, the sensor unit and the communication unit, the main control unitincluding the selection of main board and the design of the circuit module, the sensor unitincluding the sensors selection and circuit design, and the communication unit includingwireless/optical fiber selection and communication circuit design of the hardware.For the applications particularity of the general damage parameters storage testingsystem,the factors such as transportation may damage to the test device, design theappropriate mechanical shell, shell and the entity modeling and ANSYS structural analysis.After the completion of the test system design and assembly, to ensure the accuracy of test parameters, the experiment environment to the whole system, and combining with shock tubeof dynamic calibration of pressure sensor technology, Hopkinson bar calibration ofaccelerometer dynamic calibration technology sensitivity sensor unit.The damage to the common field test system implementation burst test, the test resultsof this design show that the system is reliable, the measured data is available.Finally, the designed general damage parameters test system for real blasting experiment,the experimental results show that the system is reliable, and the test data is available.
