The parameter of shock wave is one of the important bases to measure and evaluate the damage power of the weapon or explosive. The accurate test has important effect on the development of the weapon or ammunition. The precision of shock wave test system directly affects the evaluation of weapon damage characteristics. In the field of explosion of high temperature, high speed fragments, high pressure, strong electromagnetic field test environment adverse shock wave test system work.Firstly, through of explosion shock wave propagation theory and shock wave measurement theory, domestic and foreign shock wave overpressure test system, history and current situation of the research, introduces the characteristics of the major parameters for formation of explosion shock wave, shock wave, shock wave signal. And on the impact analysis and signal processing theory to do related research. Study the different interpolation integral method of shock wave pressure than the impulse to do error analysis, and puts forward the stable integration of computing shock wave impulse to solve the commonly used numerical integral method for calculating impulse than the error.Secondly, in this paper, the design of the wireless shock wave overpressure test system, through the system design principle, signal conditioning module, main control module, wireless control module and system trigger logic analysis introduces the shock wave test system. The storage principle of the test system is introduced. The electromagnetic compatibility design of the system and the reliability of the testing system are analyzed and the reliability of the system is analyzed.Finally, this paper analyzes and processes the measured data obtained from the wireless shock wave overpressure test system in the air free field test.
