Flow measurement play an important role in industrial production, scientific researchand everyday life, especially the accurate measurement for the fluid flow within complexpipeline under harsh environment, which is not only convenient to adjust and control the flow,but also can achieve the purpose of saving energy and improving efficiency. This topic mainlyfocuses on the accurate measurement problem of pipeline fluid flow under complexenvironment, and set up an experimental system on flow measurement. It has importanttheoretical significance and application value for the flow measurement problems in the fieldof petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, etc.This topic is based on the analysis of development status about fluid flow measurementtechnology in pipeline, after understanding the basic concepts of flow and the relevantmethods of flow measurement, it uses thermal principle to analyze the heat transfer processof pipeline fluid, in order to deduce and calculate the system parameters. After determiningthe indirect mass flow measurement method, this paper proposed a pipeline fluid flowmeasurement system solution. In the process of deeply studying this scheme, this paper makesa exposition at detail from the aspects of the selection, layout installation and electricalconnections of instruments, at last completes the construction of the hardware platform of theflow measurement experimental system. Collecting the temperature, pressure and flow signalsoutputed by the experimental system, and designing an appropriate software PC platform, itsuccessfully achieves the real-time monitoring of signals and data storaging. After processingand analyzing the data collected by the data acquisition software, we find its precision canmeet the requirements of the subject, which verifies the feasibility and reliability of thescheme. Finally, we carry out some experimental tests based on this measurement systemabout the influence of temperature and velocity on fluid density in pipeline, after analyzingthe law we draw some relevant conclusions.Through experiments, it is indicated that the reasonableness and accuracy of the pipelinefluid flow measurement experimental system solution constructed by this topic. Meanwhile,after making a summary analysis on the full text, we come to some relevant conclusions, give idea of further study, as well as some problems presented currently and suggestions forimprovement.
