| With the rapid development of the Internet of Things,Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technologies,each country has formulated the development strategy of its own manufacturing industry,such as "American Industrial Internet","German Industry 4.0","Made in China 2025".These initiatives are designed to break through the bottlenecks of interconnection between the manufactured physical and the information world with the help of information technology.CPS,which is a industrial system that integrates physical systems and information systems,provides a new idea for achieving the above goal.In this paper,taking the assembly workshop of a certain type of aircraft as an example,the data integration and application system of the aircraft assembly workshop based on CPS is designed and implemented.Firstly,the data composition of the aircraft assembly workshop is investigated,and the workshop resources are divided into six types;personnel,machine,material,method,measurement and environment.The existing problems in the Data integration system of a certain aircraft assembly workshop is sorted out.Considering the current situation of the aircraft information control system,based on the reference to CPS’s 5C technology architecture,the data integration and application system of the aircraft assembly workshop is designed,and its functional architecture and network architecture are expounded.Data security transmission platform and data application platform together.Then,the data acquisition platform is designed and developed.The scheme of resource identification is designed for the six resources of the aircraft assembly workshop,and the attribute,state and capability table structure of the six resources are designed according to the results of the resource segmentation modeling.The software system of the aircraft assembly workshop data acquisition platform is designed and the main interface is explained.More over,the data transmission platform is designed and implemented.The concept of neutral zone and data security exchange zone is proposed to realize the integration of the two networks,and the data security exchange between the enterprise and the industrial network is realized under the guarantee of the data authority management mechanism and the data cross-network transmission mechanism.The design and implementation of file cross-network transmission and database cross-network synchronization are introduced respectively.Finally,the technical architecture of the data application platform is designed,and based on this architecture,industrial-level MI(Manufacturing Information)applications and enterprise-level BI(Business Information)applications are constructed,and typical cases are implemented. |
