With the vigorous development of the global economy, the demand for energy of different countries around the world was growing, with the limited reserves of fossil fuels, we cannot meet the demands of the growing economy, so the development of new energy will become the new direction and the new method of the global energy use. With these several kinds of new energy power generation which supported by the current technology, wind power got a rapid development both at home and abroad because of its energy saving, clean environmental protection and tremendous potential development. And now, scholars and engineers of the world regard it as the hot topic in their research.According to the general situation of the wind power project, this article studied and designed the electrical system of the wind farms, based on the effects of wind power engineering on the ecological environment, this article established an ecological model of the wind power project, the specific content is as follows.First of all, it was the analysis of general situation of the wind power engineering, for example:the local geology, the wind resources and the electric power system, this thesis also has an research on the differences of the wind power generation system and the conventional power station, and also has an introduction of the energy conversion relations of wind turbine and the power regulation mode, on this basis, for the different regulation modes and the generator model unit, this thesis has a research of its structure, its control method and the characteristics, and also this thesis established a simulation model to analyze its operating characteristics.Secondly, according to the analysis of the wind power project, we have a design of the wind power electrical system. For the first part of the wind electrical farm, this thesis has a designing of the first level of the wind generator design booster, the collecting circuit wiring and the step-up substation main wiring and the electrical wiring schemes, and through the calculation of the short-circuit, this thesis has a selection of the main electric equipment; in the secondary parts of the wind farms, it has the designing of the wind generator, change monitoring booster and the protection of measuring and operating power supply system; And also has the lightning protection and grounding design of wind farms.Finally, taking an example of the Ningxia Hui autonomous region, through the analysis of the impact that the wind power engineering on the ecological environment, this thesis shows that we should regard these factors as our essential parts, for example, the energy conservation, emissions reduction, windbreak and sand-fixation, land value increase, vegetation restoration and noise pollution.We should use the multi-factor comprehensive analysis way to establish the ecological environment benefit model, and also we know that the ecological environmental benefits is about0.14Yuan/kWh when we have an analysis of wind farm ecological environmental benefits of the designed model.
