With the continuous development of material culture and people’s growingdemand for energy, the application of energy-saving technology becomes more andmore important. As a major energy consumer community, our colleges anduniversities need to develop education to the propose of improving the quality oflife. The demand of energy consumption is increasing, so pressure on energy savingbecomes more and more high. The air conditioning energy consumption accounts forabout30%of the entire campus energy consumption. So it is very necessary. The airconditioning energy saving management system is one of the essential technologiesfor air conditioning energy efficiency goals.This paper researches and developes a campus air conditioning energy savingmanagement system based on B/S mode. The main contents include: system’s keytechnology, system’s architecture design, system design, system’s functions design,software and hardware module design, relevant technical details and implementationof the entire system. On the basis of air conditioning energy saving managementsystem, and according to existing intelligent control technology and method, and therelationship between the energy cost and the temperature set-point, then a optimalcampus air conditioning energy saving method based on genetic algorithms is found.This method achieves a more efficient campus air conditioning energy saving targets.The campus air conditioning energy saving management method, based on thegenetic algorithm, is simple, powerful and easy to expand. It realizes the real-timemonitoring and optimizing control functions for the campus air conditioning. Theefficiency of air conditioning can be greatly improved and energy saving targets canbe achieved. Finally, The simulation and experiments of the method show that themethod is the preferred method of air conditioning energy saving and indicate that thesystem has intuitive interface, is reliable, is easy to operate and has greater applicationprospects.
