With the development of society and economy, air conditioning has been widely used in our country, and air conditioning energy consumption is about15%of the total power consumption, air conditioning load is as high as40%of the total electricity load town in peak summer. In air conditioner users, split type air conditioner has become enormous quantity wide form of air conditioning, also widely used in family, office buildings, hotels, office buildings, schools and hospitals, etc. Building energy audit and energy statistics finds that there exists the phenomenon staff forget to turn off air conditioning units air or conditioning indoor temperature is set too low, etc in number of endemic in organ office buildings and office buildings. These problems not only cause a split type air conditioner running energy consumption is too high, and affect the service life of air conditioner and the indoor thermal comfort. Therefore, it needs to develop a kind of controller with the function of automatic perception of human activities, self-learning and automatic energy-saving.According to the split type air conditioning energy saving control request, this paper first selects STM32embedded main control chip, and introduces the function of the main control chip and development environment. Secondly this paper analyzes the function requirements of split type air conditioner energy-saving controller and completes the overall design of the energy-saving controller. This paper has completed the hardware designs of STM32F103system circuit, infrared code learning module, human body infrared sensor module, indoor temperature and humidity sensor module, completes the software design of learning air conditioning remote control code, indoor temperature and humidity sensor module, also completes the energy-saving controller hardware and software debugging. Finally, this paper takes split type air conditioning units in a conference room as the control object (including indoor lighting system) to complete the energy-saving controller in air conditioner electrical system design, installation and debugging, completes the air conditioning start-stop and infrared temperature control code learning test. The test results show that energy-saving controller has realized infrared automatic perception of human activity, machine start-stop code self-learning and temperature settings and other functions.With the widespread application of building energy consumption monitoring system in our country, split type air conditioner energy-saving controller is an effective solution to this kind problem of air-conditioning equipment in practical "forget to turn off air conditioning units", if coupled with power consumption measurement and data transmission network, the energy-saving controller analyzes and building energy consumption monitoring system will be integrated into an whole organic conveniently, so as to realize monitoring the network and controlling of this kind of air conditioner.
