According to the2D drawing paper to establish the3-D model, comparing withthe actual testing result to verify the validity of the model. To be as the data toestablish the model, it optimizes the steering axle structure in the ADAMS, and affordthe basement to the improvement of the real car.To eliminate abnormity wear of tires in double-front-axle system of heavy truck,it analyzed the steering axle structure kinds of the double-front-axle, the spacegeometry analysis is set forth on the target steering axle structure. Based on someresearch data, Then according to the2D drawing paper to make out the3D steeringsystem model of the double-front-axle steering heavy truck, and did the relativemovement simulation in CATIA/Dmu, comparing the simulating result with the realtesting result to verify the validity of the model. Based on the result, imputing the keycoordinates from the3D model to the ADAMS establish the3D model of the heavytruck steering axle structure in ADAMS/View. Then considering the differencebetween the real steering angle from wheels and the ideal steering angle from theideal formula as the objective function,Spatial arrangement as a constraint,theoptimization design method of double front axle steering system is presented,andget reasonable parameters of double-front axle steering system.When double frontaxle steering vehicle is steering,the relationship between steering wheeling anglesshould be as close to the ideal relationship to decrease friction of tires....
