With the deepening reform of China's electric power market,power companies are subject to the more strict market constraints in the construction of investment.Power engineering project investment and construction typically involves multiple aspects,such as technology,economy and environment.From the beginning of this century,China's power reform separated generation and transmission link,and power grid enterprises were in the form of relatively independent existing in market activity,which were charged with the gains and losses by themselves.Thus,it needs to have a certain amount of revenue as a pay of huge investment.On the other hand,the rapid development of social economy makes the power consumption of the whole society present index trend growth.Accordingly,electric power investment scale and construction scale of the project are also along with the rapid growth.As a key part of the power system,the substation plays a decisive role in adjusting and controlling the voltage level,receiving and distributing the electric energy,and connecting the distribution network of multiple voltage levels.Nowadays,the average number of new substations per year in China exceeds 200,and such a large-scale investment and construction will make a more stringent requirements for the feasibility study of power grid planning,substation locating and sizing.Therefore,research on comprehensive evaluation of substation construction project has the extremely vital significance.This thesis mainly carries on the feasibility evaluation research to Duguitala XXX 110 kV substation construction project.Firstly,it comprehensively analyzes the requirements of the substation construction project,including the substation site situation,the main principles of substation design,the power system status and load forecast in the area.Secondly,according to the theory of feasibility analysis and pre-project evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation index system of Duguitala XXX 110 kV substation project is constructed from the geological,technical and financial aspects,and the evaluation index of each item is detailed.In addition,the actual situation of Duguitala XXX 110 kV substation project is analyzed according to the above-mentioned three angles.Finally,the entropy-TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed project.The result shows that the substation construction project is feasible.
