Steel-concrete composite slabs with perfobond ribs (abbreviated as PBL) shear connectors take advantages of steel and concrete, and perform well in engineering, such as high bearing capacity, good toughness, strong resistance to fatigue, easy to construct and so on. Thus, engineers around the world favor on them. However, this structure develops late in our country, even the theory system is not founded. More researches are needed.This thesis describes the experiment that has been conducted about the steel-concrete composite slabs with PBL shear connectors, and builds the related finite element models, then analyses the effect of some important parameters. The conclusions will have important references to the engineering.The thesis contains four main parts as followings:(1) Thirty-one steel-concrete composite slabs with PBL shear connectors have been designed, including fourteen one-way composite slabs and seventeen two-ways composite slabs. According to results of the experiment, the destruction modes of the specimens can be known, as well as the effects of the factors such as thickness of the concrete and steel, reinforcing steel, direction of the shear connectors, way of loading.(2) According to the calculation, composite slabs’bearing capacity is much higher than reinforced concrete slabs’.(3) Finite element models of the specimens are built. Comparing the results, it certifies that the experiment was conducted well, and could supply more information as well.(4) According to finite element calculation, the relationship between bearing capacity of steel-concrete composite slabs and some important parameters can be obtained. These parameters include types of concrete and steel, depth of concrete, angles of shear connectors and steel ratio. The conclusions will have important references to the engineering design.
