| Despite of a critical ingredient of comprehensive transportation system, the Rail-water Intermodal Transport has been managed by multi-traffic-sectors in our country, which is detrimental to the developments itself to some extent. Fortunately, our government initialized and implemented department reform in2013, which would not only be helpful to railway healthy developments, but also provide an unprecedented platform for cooperation among railway and other transport alternatives, which will make great contribution to the Rail-water Intermodal Transport development in our country.This thesis, in terms of the document dilemmas in Rail-water Intermodal Transport, analyzes the problem source by application of all-route document in-paper and information platform combination mode, and it will design a documentation system, which will help meet the need of Rail-water Intermodal Transport development currently.Firstly, after the present situation analysis, the thesis put forward the study contents,in wake of that, based on the existing problems in container transport, it proposed the optimized plans which combined all-route documents in-paper and the information platform, on which the intermodal information is transferred, and it can help speed up the information transference and exchange. Simultaneously, the paper documents, as the ownership rights proof, will be transferred. Secondly, the thesis created the all-route documents in-paper in perspective of design ideas, content design and sample design, and the electronic document study includes the architecture functionality of information management system platform, as well as the optimized document contents. Thirdly, the thesis analyzed the optimized document process, with an export business of container Rail-water Intermodal-Transport taken for example, the thesis describesd and analyzed the documentation process changes after optimization, besides, the thesis also analyzed the optimized plans in perspective of economic and social benefits. |
