In this thesis,the assembly flanged joint are researched.The finite element model of assembly flanged joint is conducted by using the FEA software ANSYS. The highly nonlinear behavior include gasket compression-resilience characteristic,material and contact are consided.Three working conditions which is high temperature creep, flange assembly order and stop-run are simulated to study their influence on the flange joint strength and sealing performance.The analysis results show that temperature has a great influence on flange structure, and it can make the stress bigger obvious. The10000h high temperature creep analysis results show that the flanged joint can not meet the strength requirement under500℃. During this process, the gasket compressive stress have below the available stress, that means the assembly flanged joint have a risk causing leakage. The differnt of the assembly flange joint installing sequence can change the distribution of stress. Installing big flange firstly can improve the state of litter bolt seriously.Through transient analysis, the temperature distribution of assembly flange joint in stop-run condition is obtained. The results show that flange stress,displacement and rotation angle were bigger.It means that the assembly flange joint can not meet the strength require and have a risk causing leakage.
