Modern cars are generally equipped with the devices such as engine control, automatic driving, ABS, TRC, automatic door locks, active suspension, guidance system etc. These devices are in need of rotational speed signal. Therefore, the accuracy and the stability of the sensor’s output signal will have a great impact on the control system.Because of the current automotive rotational speed sensor test platform exists insufficient, this paper developed a automotive rotational speed sensor test platform through Electromechanical Hybrid Theory. The test platform is mainly constituted by the rotational speed control module and the Sensors measure module. It’s core is a high-speed DSP, witch fully meet the rotational speed control and the Sensors measure. The test platform in this paper has a friendly man-machine interface. All of the user interface was completed in PC only; the PC also can communicate and transport data with the DSP instructions through the serial port. It’s very important for test platform to have a precise standard signal. This paper built a control model of rotational speed control module after the analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model. Through the MATLAB simulation, the model can achieve good rotational speed simulation results. This provides protection for the accurate measurement of sensor. On this basis, the Development of automotive rotational speed sensor test platform has been finished, and it achieved good results after the actual running test.
