Study On Passenger Flow Characteristics Of Zhengzhou-Xi’an High-Speed Railway And Marketing Strategy

High speed railway is fast, convenient, safe and comfortable, and it has obvious advantages in the energy consumption and environment protection. Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway is the first railway passenger special line in the Midwest of our country at present. It will play an important role in promoting western development and the central economic rise. On the basis of domestic and foreign research, the article is mainly on analysis on the characters of the passenger flow, passenger train plan optimization and marketing strategy of Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway.According to the flow investigation, we analyze the characteristics of passenger flow including the general travel characteristics and the characteristics in the distribution of time and space. The passenger flow of Zhengzhou-Xi’an high speed railway has been on an upward trend. The passenger flow appears the morning and evening peak time. And Zhengzhou-Xi’an high speed railway is balanced in the sector distribution. In addition, the passengers travel a long distance, and the majority of passengers travel between Zhengzhou and Xi’an.Secondly Starting from the status quo of the Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway operations management, the article analyzes equipment, personnel and service process in detail. And it puts forward targeted recommendations about product, price, sales channels, promotion strategy of the Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway.At last, the article proposes the drafting procedures of high speed railway train plan and influencing factors on the basis of traffic analysis. It makes the optimization models of railway stop schedule plan and designs the solving algorithm. Combining the passenger flow data of forecast, it works out the operation plan of Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway.
