The optimization problem of train stopping schemes is the core link of railway transportation organization plan, which needs to consider the relationship with the factors such as network scale, station capacity and passenger demand. It has the characteristics of multi-objective and complex constraints, and belongs to the large scale combinatorial optimization problems. To achieve the optimization of high-speed railway passenger train stopping plan directly affects the service level of passenger transport and the economic benefits of railway departments, and is also the key link in train operation plan compilation.Based on analysis of existing research in related research fields, this paper summarizes the research status of the optimization problem of high-speed passenger train stopping schemes. On the basis of drawing lessons from predecessors' achievements, this paper objectively summarizes the shortcomings of existing research and the areas to be improved.Based on this, this paper elaborates the characteristics of node passenger flow in detail.Through the analysis of the concept, distribution and classification of node passenger flow, this paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of node passenger flow in time and space in high-speed railway. From the aspects of node network attributes, passenger transport capacity, social attributes and node passenger flow characteristics, this paper improves the existing evaluation system of node importance by combining principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process, and re-classifies the node ranks as the basis for subsequent model building.According to the above analysis, considering the constraints of passenger flow, node service frequency, maximum number of trains and number of stops, and setting the minimum travel loss time as the first optimization goal, and setting the maximum accessibility of the train stop plan is the second optimization goal.and finally the optimization model is established for high-speed railway passenger train stopping scheme based on node passenger flow characteristics.Considering the uncertainty of passenger travel choice behavior and the incomplete rational behavior of programmers, this paper introduces the prospect theory and establishes an optimization model of high-speed passenger train stopping scheme based on the prospect theory. The actual passenger flow is calculated according to the prospective value,so that the improved scheme can satisfy the actual passenger flow demand on the basis of guaranteeing multi-objective optimization.Based on this, according to the characteristics of the model, this paper uses the general theory of genetic algorithm and multi-objective programming for reference to solve the model. Finally, taking Lanxin High-speed Railway as an example, the model and algorithm constructed in this paper are used to calculate in the MATLAB environment to verify the rationality and applicability of the model. The validation results show that the optimization model of high-speed passenger train stopping scheme based on node passenger flow characteristics and the improved model based on prospect theory are reasonable and, which can effectively reduce passenger travel loss time and improve the accessibility of train stopping schemes. Moreover, the Pareto non-inferior solution set calculated can provide a variety of alternatives for train stop schemes compilers.
