The content of EPC contract of "DB Housing project" is construction of10000sets of villas and ancillary facilities. The total amount of the contract is tentatively$XXX billion dollars (equivalent to approximately RMB¥XXX one hundred million) and the duration is60months. As for the ZGHGC-N company, the contract is not only the largest single contract to this day, but also civil construction projects built firstly in the project location.As the global economic situation is not optimistic and the ZGFC-N company has a lot of foreign projects and construction management experience of foreign projects, the management experience of the ZGFC-N company’s individual contract¥XXX billion yuan of civil construction project is lacking. The "DB Housing project "situates the world’s most developed DB city in the past10years and many Chinese enterprises have gained firmly DB construction market. It is of great significance that the project performed well to improve project management ability and project management level, further develop civil construction market and other project market in the project site as well as to be a cross-age significance of the ZGHGC-N company yearly to bean international engineering company.Modern project management body of knowledge involves a wide range of content. This paper applies project management theories and methods to study the key and difficult point of the implementation of materials, progress, human resource management, etc. The paper explains how to resolve the problem of equipment and materials management mainly from the material procurement, logistics organization methods and materials, equipment and materials management; makes the overall construction plan by Target decomposition method, Flow process of construction critical path method, A way to determine milestones and Duration inverted method; describes the project progress regulated by progress dynamic control of weighted value, corrective measures under the progress deviation and the various assurance measures of implementation of the schedule; uses subjective judgment method(Delphi method) to predict and forecast the needs and supply of internal and external human resource, describes risk prevention of human resources and employee management principles as well as briefly explains the project logistics management. Predictive conclusions are obtained by research. From ZGHGC-N company has a number of projects performed and is building the three large foreign projects, this paper basically covers the content of three aspects of materials, progress, human resources management performed by the ZGHGC-N company in the foreign large-scale project management, and also fully considers the characteristics of the project area and the actual situation of the project so as to play a guiding role to improve the "DB Housing project" site management and enhance the international large-scale project management level. Of course, before the implementation of project, the detailed construction organization design, the content of this paper involved refinement and the content not involved to be perfected can really play a role to guide the site construction management and enhance the international large-scale project management level.
