Especially since the founding of the reform and opening up, China’s real estate industry has great development, the real estate development industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy, with the changing domestic and international economic situation, and depth of China’s real estate industry has entered a period of adjustment, on progress control in project management put forward higher requirements.This article to Yanji Red House-building project as a case study and analysis of project progress management.First of all, the original schedule and process.Sales targets through research projects, cost index, the relationship between profitability and schedule, reveal the project schedule and has a strong correlation between project key indicators. Meanwhile, relations between grading plans by discussing the project, clarify the overall project schedule. Clear project scheduling on the basis of relevance and integrity, integrated use of project management knowledge, through the analysis of benchmarks in the WBS, and according to the project situation, determine the Yanji Red House schedule.Secondly, through research on deviation problems arising in the course of the project, analysis of the reason for delay. Failed to start time delay, precipitation and other issues, and propose ways of resolving the problem of, and the economic and technical comparison of the solution, determined progress plan adjustment programmes.Finally, on the basis of analysis of the reasons for delay, proposed guarantee smooth implementation of the adjusted schedule of technical, economic and organizational measures.
