In recent years, with "the urban capital to the countryside", the increase of farmland conversion rate, the number and size of Agriculture Park that by government guidance and owners managed is on the rise, sightseeing Agriculture Park is a scene of vitality and verdant beauty, the achievements of the development are loved by the people. But our country’s sightseeing agriculture development is late, Is still in its infancy, there are many immature place in the level of the development, design and management. Sightseeing agriculture is a new kind of cross industry which combined agriculture with tourism. Obviously, this agricultural park road infrastructure based on industry convergence not only to meet the needs of agricultural production, while also taking into account the needs of leisure and tourism and ecological landscape beauty. Currently, in the practice of agriculture park, there are two errors infrastructure, one is according to the concept of the industrial park or urban planning, contrary to the laws of nature, the simple pursuit of a high-road, a large area of water, roughly the amount of ancillary services and facilities, resulting in destruction of farmland and ecological; second is purely according to the needs of agricultural production planning and construction of park infrastructure, resulting in lack of constraints converged infrastructure industries, therefore, in order to build a beautiful country, and promote industrial integration, and explore in line with resource conservation, and sustainable development principle, the agricultural park infrastructure planning and design standards which meet the agricultural production and leisure travel needs are very important practical significance.Road as one of the main contents of infrastructure planning, is the skeleton to organizing sightseeing agricultural park’s various functions land, the road is also an important constituent elements of the park landscape and direct source of the landscape feelings. However, due to lack of guidance related theories, planners can only use their experience and feelings, which led to some problems. In some areas, planning of the sightseeing agriculture park road cannot meet the needs of the current operation and future development of the park, and some even blindly for construction, large-scale felling hilltops, deep high fill the surrounding landscape causing irreparable ecological damage. Therefore, it is necessary to study the road planning and design of sightseeing agricultural park, form the system of Sightseeing Agriculture Park Road Planning and evaluation system, in order to maximize the social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit. This paper referring to the related codes, drawing on the experiences of others,combined with the specific characteristics of agricultural tourism park, put forward the main technical indexes of agricultural sightseeing garden road planning and evaluation, and taking Chongqing Tongliang ecological lotus garden as an example,take the layout optimization method for the park road network planning, on this basis, select the density of the road network, the trunk road density, road network area density, per capita road area, grade level with non-linear coefficient, accessibility factor, connection coefficient, average speed road network, road network load, the average passing through intersection and parking lots,this12indicators.Use AHP multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the park road network planning, build the sightseeing agriculture park road planning and evaluation system, to promote agriculture sightseeing park road planning study and formulate normative.(1) Described the sightseeing agriculture park road planning and design requirementsThis article described the sightseeing agriculture park road planning and design requirements, proposed that road planning and design should according to the topography, slope and aspect of the study area, according to local conditions to plan and design, to meet the requirements of landscape ecology and landscape security pattern,to blend with the surrounding environment, to request function and technically feasible, and to request economically reasonable.(2) Built a sightseeing agriculture park road planning program evaluation systemThis paper based on road network scale, road network structure, and network traffic function, to determine12indexes as sightseeing agriculture park road planning evaluation index.such as area road network density, arterial road density, road network density, road area per capita, grading, non linear coefficient, accessibility, connection degree coefficient, the average speed of road network, road network load degree, average drove through the intersection and the parking lot, and established Park road comprehensive level evaluation system. The establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system can not only evaluate the park has built the road service level, and for the park road planning provides a theoretical basis.(3) Determined to use layout optimization method to plan the park road network.Park road network form and main road scale were determined by the position, the reception ability and landscape level of functional areas. The various functional areas node within the ecological lotus park represented by topology, use the important degree law determines each node important degree, then introduced important degree of the node that between road and road, using the principle of minimum tree to determine the park road network skeleton, in a skeleton based, combined with the experience and according to the need to improve the road network structure. Last, the trunk road length is3024.7m, density is1.77km/hm2, the secondary road length is5214.6m, the density is3.04km/hm2, pedestrian trail length is9244.7m, The density is5.40km/hm2, road area the rate is2.7%, consider that within the scenic area water occupies certain proportion, all in reasonable range. Compared with the original road network of Lotus Park, the distribution of the network planning chart is roughly the same, which proved the layout optimization method for road network planning park of science, rationality and practicability. A method of planning and Design Park Road Network not only provides the theory basis for the park road planning, but also provides a scientific and reasonable method for the park road planning.(4) AHP multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for the park road network planningBased on Tongliang ecological lotus road network planning, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the AHP, the first step, using AHP to determine the weight of each indicator; the second step, the establish the membership functions of each level reviews fuzzy boundaries; the third step, establish the Fuzzy evaluation matrix, finally according to the multi index, multi-level characteristics of park road network evaluation system to do one level and two level fuzzy evaluation. One fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is obtained, the credibility of network scale, network structure and the traffic function belongs to the "good" this evaluation grade. Then using two level fuzzy comprehensive to operate the scale of road network, road network structure and traffic function, obtained the evaluation results.B_A=W_A·(B_B1, B_B2, B_B3)^T=(0,0,0.001,0.406,0.592), Results of the two grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the park road network’s reliability, attached to the59.2%belongs to the "good" this level, attached to the40.6%confidence belonging to the "good" rating, which indicates that the network planning of the park is reasonable and effective, which belong to a higher level. It also verifies the park road network evaluation of AHP multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is scientific, reasonable and practical.
