With the rapid development of new manufacturing technology, new high performance materials and power electronic technology, BLDCM is developing towards the direction of high performance and low cost, in areas such as national defense, aerospace, automobile and home appliances get better application and promotion. In recent years, as the requirements of the noise, torque ripple and voltage utilization rate of motor is increasing, adopting space vector pulse width modulation strategy to realize sin wave drive of BLDCM which becomes the first choice of the motor.Firstly, the basic working principle of BLDCM and relevant control strategies are researched in this task, emphasizing on SVPWM basic principle and its implementation method. In the aspect of hardware circuit, the dsPIC30F3010of Microchip company is chosen as the core processor, exploiting BLDCM speed regulation system which based on space vector control, and set on the main circuit, drive and inverter circuits, over current and over voltage circuits, at the same time, the various module’s working principle are given the introduction in detail. Then, on the software programming, adopting traditional speed closed-loop PID control strategy, realizing the speed of BLDCM regulation and control, meanwhile, according to the control chip dsPIC30F3010’s own characteristics, under the MPLAB IDE v8.9software development environment, completing program code written using C language and debugging software. In addition, in order to enhance the rationality of the design of control system, using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation tool to complete the simulation of space vector PWM.Finally, BLDCM is on the condition of no-load, debugging the control system software and hardware, experimental results shows that SVPWM can realize sin-wave drive and smooth speed regulation of motor, proving the feasibility of system design.
