This paper studies on the basis of the technologies of automotive adaptive cruise,proposed a research on the planning of automobile Eco-cruise speed based on cloudinference. Eco-cruise speed are varies with the changes of driving traffics, load quality,wind speed&direction and weather conditions. While a vehicle is driving on a good roadand under little vehicle drag coefficient, high utilization of engine power, no tarp, light loadconditions, its Eco-cruise speed will be high, others will be low. Laboratory researchershave studied an Eco-cruise control methods based on the engine universal characteristic ofthe surface. This method is to find the lower fuel consumption rate of the enginecorresponding to the speed as the control target, and it can improve the fuel economy. Butwhen the engine fitted to the vehicle and driving on the road, it will interfere with thetransmissions matching, air resistance, road conditions, tire pressure and other variables, sopurely from the viewpoint of improving the economic aspects of the engine, and can notachieve the maximum improve vehicle fuel economy. Therefore, this paper use the fuelconsumption per hundred kilometers as fuel economy evaluation, establish the fuelconsumption per hundred kilometers cloud model. This model can extract the least fuelconsumption per hundred kilometers corresponding speed and think it as the Eco-cruisespeed, and then to plan the Eco-cruise speed trajectory. That is according to the roadconditions and climate parameters and other information when the car cruising, to researchon Automobile Eco-cruise speed forecasting model based on cloud model. When thevehicle switches between different driving resistance conditions, planning the trajectory ofthe Eco-cruise speed. Controlling the vehicle always drive by the trajectory of theEco-cruise speed, to improve the fuel economy of vehicle.In this thesis, first,based on CarSim software and the information of road pavementdesign requirements, build simulation virtual road; Based on CarSim software, establishvehicle dynamic model that contains the driver input, vehicle model and the externalenvironment input (including aerodynamics); Based on CarSim, established to reflect the fuel economy of the vehicle to traverse the original simulation database, using Matlabsoftware programming of the original trial database for data processing, the establishmentof the fuel consumption per hundred kilometers database. Second, the use of cloud model,cloud transformation, cloud reasoning and other related theories, according to traverse thesimulation established fuel consumption per hundred kilometers database to determinecloud model input and output linguistic variables, and tap its characteristic parameters;cloud model input and output the concept and the concept of variable division jumped todetermine the input and output variables concept tree, develop cloud model uncertaintyinference rule base, the establishment of fuel consumption per hundred kilometers of carscloud model rule base; Automatically extracting cloud-based reasoning mechanisms andrules library mapping relations program to generate input and output variables, according tothis mapping between the speed can be extracted under different economic conditionsdriving resistance, the speed of these economic planning out the trajectory of the economycruising speed, when the economy changes the trajectory of the vehicle cruising speedwhen cruising, than fixed speed105km/h cruising the fuel consumption per hundredkilometers will reduce by4.83%.
