Study On The Site Selection Of Dalian International Cruise Port

Cruise as a new favorite of shipping,also known as the "sea mobile resort",is from the 1960 s ocean liner development and derived from a new tourism consumption model.According to relevant statistics,since 1980,the international cruise industry has developed at an average rate of more than 8%,far higher than the average rate of 4% of the international tourism industry.It has become the biggest highlight of the development of the international tourism industry in recent years,and its high economic benefits have also made the cruise industry become a sunrise industry with great development potential.Cruise economy is an economic phenomenon of the common development of multiple industries formed by the operation and development of cruise industry.In Europe and the United States,cruise economy development is relatively mature,while Asia in its infancy,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the rapid increase of people's living standard,people's consciousness of tourism and the cruise and other high-end products with high quality business and leisure travel demand is increasing,as emerging markets-China cruise economy has become the focus of the next competition of the global cruise industry.With the great economic driving effect,every port city in China builds cruise ports one after another.At this time,the location of cruise ports becomes a problem that needs to be solved.As the first city in China to receive international cruise ships,Dalian has lagged behind other ports in the Bohai rim region.Therefore,how to further promote the development of Dalian international cruise transportation has become one of the outstanding problems to be solved in Dalian port.Considering the Dalian cruise present development situation and facing the bottleneck restriction,in this paper,according to the cruise port construction and operation factors involved and the relevant constraints,combined with the relevant conditions of the Dalian cruise optional port addresses,constructed based on the natural and geographical factors,economic factors,resource factors and infrastructure conditions four dimensions including 15 indicators of evaluation index system.Then,on the basis of establishing the evaluation index system,using the interpretative structural modeling(ISM)of the influence factors of the seemingly disordered complex internal deconstruction,clear the dependencies between various factors and using analytic network process(ANP)to give every index weight,form a scientific and rigorous evaluation index system,and then through gray relational analysis,on the cruise port port of alternative address sort,site selection and planning,to Dalian cruise port planning and construction to provide the corresponding advice and opinion.
