Research On Port Selection And Ship Assignment Of Coastal Cruise Lines In China

Chinese cruise industry has changed a lot since 2006.First,in terms of demand,the cruise tourism market in China has kept increased constantly and fleetly.In 2015,the number of cruise immigration tourists is 2.48 million,an increase of 35%and China has become the world’s fourth largest cruise market;In terms of supply,layout of Chinese cruise port is improving,and "National Coastal cruise port layout plan" is released by Ministry of transport and Communication to systematically plan the construction and layout of coastal cruise port in the future;In addition,China’s domestic cruise companies began to appear.But at the same time,many problems have appeared.For instance,the foreign cruise companies are leading Chinese cruise market,which caused local cruise company developing slowly.And the richness and diversity of cruise products is low and products have serious homogeneity problem,which causes tourists to feel boring,and over-supply.Therefore,this paper proposes a cruise line on the basis of the coastal ports in China.The aim is to increase the diversity of the cruise product in a supply perspective,and increase the attraction of cruise production to the passengers.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development status of China’s cruise industry.In terms of supply,domestic and international cruise port will be compared,and the characteristics of international excellent cruise port will be summed up.As for demand,cruise market in China is mainly analyzes and the necessity of the development of the coastal cruise is discussed;secondly,in order to choose cruise port more rationally,the concept of cruise port attraction is presented,and the multi hierarchical grey evaluation method is used to evaluate the attraction of 10 cruise ports which has been built and under construction;Finally,we establish a cruise line optimization model with two objective functions,maximum attraction and maximum revenue,and get the optimal solution by Genetic Algorithm.As an example,the above 10 Port as an alternative port,the model is solved and we get different port selection and the type of ship on coastal cruise line when voyage time is different.The reasonableness of the results is analyzed in the end.
