In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile industry, but the attendant isdeteriorating environment, excessive energy shortages and driving personnel security and otherissues. To solve this problem, automotive manufacturing widely used high strength steel inorder to achieve weight reduction and improved car crash safety. This kind of steel platecompared with the ordinary low carbon steel, while extensive use in automobile parts canreduce vehicle weight to achieve the purpose of lightweight, but the forming of this kind ofsteel manufacturing process difficulty increases, in the bending processing, because of theincrease of yield strength, plasticity decreased, forming performance is poor, the bendingspring effect, directly affect the size accuracy of bending parts, and generate the assemblyfurther, affect the vehicle quality; but it also brings challenges to the development of stampingdie, the increase of high strength steel plate forming force, prompting the die surface easy wear,breakage or deformation failure, reduce the service life of die.The automobile seat sliding rail bending member is typical, it is the seat assembly is avery important component in the structure, is used to adjust the seat and the position of thedevice, materials needed for the thickness of1.9mm high strength steel H800LA imported fromGermany, the slide rail high dimensional accuracy requirement in the design, the use of highstrength steel plate produced by the bending spring problem is more serious, the slide railproducts can reach the size tolerance requirement of increasing difficulty.This article will focus on slide rail stamping process plan of bending process in a factoryseat to make local adjustment and improvement, and determine the improvement plan. On thebasis of analysis finite element numerical simulation impact on sheet metal forming and theresilience of key technologies, for each bending process simulation model is set up todetermine the improved scheme by using the finite element software ABAQUS, the numericalsimulation analysis of bending forming,so as to effectively predict the size of the reboundvalue, after the die surface geometry compensation based on the rebound value. Using thismethod to guide the design of mould, reduce the number of test mode to shorten the molddevelopment cycle, has important significance. According finite element simulation technologybased on the analysis of the mold surface compensation, die structure design of each bending process of using three-dimensional software CATIA, and calculate the relevant technology, thecurrent slide rail of the stamping process for the factory to provide the certain reference value.In addition, this paper will also address the lower slide rail bending procedure todetermine the improvement scheme, design a set of fixture for each bending process theobtained product, make the lower slide for visual detection, rapid, accurate in its productionsite of mass production and does not damage the product conditions, and effectively discoverdefective parts at every bend in the process, and through the development of correctivemeasures to control the quality of product between the stamping process.
