With the rapid development of global economy, information has become an inevitablechoice to promote social development. The development of a country’s aviation industrydepends largely on the development of the information industry in this country. Constantpromotion of the construction and development of information, is not only the overalldevelopment of the arrangements of the Party Central Committee, also the historicalopportunities and challenges of China’s civil aviation industry development in the new era.For the construction of the modern civil aviation air traffic control information system, shoulddepend on high technology, absorb the successful experience abroad, and ultimately meet theneeds of our country Civil Aviation ATC system, advancing the development of civil aviationair traffic control information system in China, so as to improve the service quality and levelof air traffic management information system, at the same time, to ensure the safe operation ofcivil aviation. There is a close relationship between the civil aviation air traffic control, informationsystem and ATC safety. The comprehensive function of the information service platform ofCivil Aviation ATM information system is aimed at the ATC operational characteristics andthe development of a set. The civil aviation air traffic control information system covers thetransportation pipe attendance subsystem, flight telegraph statistics subsystem, the maintraffic to the ATC operational departments, ATC safety supervision departments and leaders atall levels to provide search function to the relevant information.By means of the use of civil aviation air traffic control information system, can weimprove the automation and information of traffic to a great extent, not only with the actualsituation of staff in ATC work attendance information in the first time to reflect, also beattendance statistics work on ATC staff of automation, ATC times on CAAC flight and a timeautomatic statistics on the number of message processing, to a large extent strengthened theinformation processing and statistical height; the operation of the ATC service informationstate civil aviation air traffic control information system developed in this paper can imagedisplay, operation record prior to the intuitive and ATC at the present stage of ATC securitystate can reflect, the collected radar data timely review, related information real-time trafficcontrol range are familiar with and master, and then the effective monitoring and managementon the safety of civil aviation operation state; civil aviation ATM information system canpredict the flight flow within a certain period of time and the number of traffic air trafficcontrol range, flight traffic managers to predict traffic as the basis, to ATC optimize theallocation of resources, in order to improve the air traffic safety; the system through the webpage forms to show its function, and then complete the Civil Aviation ATC informationresources sharing. Therefore, the operation of the system, can improve the civil aviation airtraffic control department’s ability to work in a large extent.Research on the civil aviation air traffic control is based on information system, to acertain extent, breaking through the traditional operation mode, reducing the developmentcost, and mastered the advanced science and technology, but also achieved good results, which to our country, the significance is profound, help to promote further development ofour of civil aviation and progress to a great extent; in addition, with the development of thesystem, improve the management ability and the office automation level of civil aviation airtraffic control in a certain extent, can be very good control to protect the security of civilaviation operation information, is of far-reaching significance.
