| The emgency decision in China Civil Aviation is mainly conducted on pre-made planes, whichmight work uneffectively once the situations are out of planes.“Human-machine cooperation†isadopted to deal secondary derivative events in the emergency decision of Civil Avition.Emergency knowledge, plane and case are modelled in ontology to “share†and “reuse†theemergency konwloege. The accuracy of emergency description gets raised in the ontology-basedexpression of shared conceptions. And a task assignment schema between human and machine is builton HwMA (Humanware-Machine Agent) for the situation without corresponding strategy orknowledge in machine. The introduction of humanware enables humanware to domicile the decisionprocess. Humanware and ontology both get evolved with HwMA: it provides an access to externalknowledge, and emergency ontology base thus gets expanded.As for the built of emergency event chain and model chain, HTN (Hierarchical Task Network)planning is introduced irregular for complex event chain. The performance of model also getsevaluated based on Case mining. Model performance decides whether the model should get selected.The model chian is formed based the connections in HTN planning. Thus, a dynamic networkassemble model for Civil Aviation emergency models is proposed.The knowledge base, model base and other emergency resource got integrated in an emergencydecision support system, developed for a regional Administration of CAAC (Civil AviationAdministraion of China). Results demonstrate that the theories or models studied are practical: grainsize of model in the chain is benefiting, the performance of selected model is appropriate andhuman-machine interaction is friendly and accurate. Emergency and their secondary and derivativeevent can get effective handled. |
