Snow machines are used in road snow removal of special equipment. Along with ourcountry economy development and social progress, highways, urban public transportinfrastructure, such as the airport realized leap-forward development, snow removalequipment production research and development in our country at present stage has beenunable to meet the increasing market demand, at the same time, foreign imports of snowremoval machine price is very high, after-sale support services and spare parts supply cycleis long, the high cost of maintenance, can’t meet the actual requirement of our current roadconditions. So design production meet the demand of our snow snow area of snow removalmachine for China’s economic construction and social development is of vital theoretical andpractical significance.In this paper, based on "the original jilin aviation engineering school air conditioningsweeping car" project and combined with multi-function snowmobiles structure, designedfor loader traction host multi-functional snow machines, according to the characteristics ofthe tractor transmission mechanism, the tractor transmission mechanism3d modelestablished in this paper, on the basis of the vibration modal and structure optimizationanalysis, the full text research summarized below:(1) Through the analysis and expounds the research significance of clear snowmachines, blow snow machines now development, provide background for blowing snowmachines design, etc.(2) Based on clear snow common technical principle and the classification of clearsnow machines, this paper expounds the traction device for loader multi-functional clearsnow machines host performance and working principle of equipment, clear snow machinesworking equipment is described in detail, at the same time to the qing snowmobiles tractionand the power the power analysis of the operation.(3) The key of the tractor transmission system for3d modeling, finite element analysisfor the key parts, the results show that with the position of the gear drive, show that thechange rule of stress present different, which in the big gear tooth left the pinion, the contactstress between the two gear relative to minimum, and in other location mainly concentratedon the big gear. (4) According to the characteristics of the gear contact, each gear for the modal analysis,the results show that with the increase of frequency, gear began to appear to move, andsignificantly higher than the natural frequency of the small gear of big gear vibrationfrequency, the show big gear transmission system is the main vibration source, to reduce thevibration of transmission system noise and shock should focus on the big gear.(5) Orthogonal experiments were carried out on the analysis of the structure ofsmallgear, to optimize the structure and size of the small gear, resonance phenomenatoavoid transmission gear.(6) Finally has carried on the related experimental work for the design of the tractor, theresults meet the engineering requirements.
