In recent years, it is wider and wider to apply the DB model in highway project,the DB mode of highway project with the advantages of other patterns can’t match,such as study the classification of DB mode and scope of application,analyze thebehavior of the main body of the highway project under the DB model and putsforward the solution,discuss the risk sharing model and so on. But current researchfor the DB mode of highway project, the main body behavior risk assessment studies,mainly the risk sharing model research, study on the model of highway project DB,etc., for the DB mode of highway project risk assessment research basic does notinvolve,so For DB mode of highway project risk assessment research significance ismore prominent.In this paper,I summary the advantage in the process of DB mode in highwayconstruction，elaborate the highway project DB mode and the characteristics of its risk,according to the specific study of risk, the DB mode of highway project risk can bedivided into six aspects using WBS, namely from the owner of the risk, the risk fromthe contractor, from the risk supervision units, from the risk of the naturalenvironment, social environment of risk and risk from management stage，then, thesix aspects of risk is further subdivided into24risk, From the six aspects of riskconstitute the DB mode of highway project risk evaluation index system. Accordingto the characteristics of the specific project risk and the established risk evaluationindex system, this paper puts forward the subjective and objective evaluation ofempowerment model, it apply subjective analytic hierarchy process and objectiveentropy weight method to empowerment of the weight of risk factors,the applicationof the results of the empowerment gray comprehensive evaluation method, the riskfactors, the nature of the ash into the nature of the white a more scientific andreasonable，Then will the DB mode of highway project risk is divided into differentgrades. Finally,this paper apply the risk evaluation model to the actual cases, the resultof the application of project risk prevention measures are put forward.. This paper preliminary discusses risk factors in the DB mode of highway project,establish the risk evaluation index system of the DB mode of highway project, itcovers risk factors in the highway project from construction to operation stage andbuild the subjective and objective evaluation of empowerment model.Subjective andobjective evaluation of empowerment and builds the gray model. This paper expandsrisk evaluation index system of the DB mode of highway project,to some extentcompensate for the research of the highway project, and provide risk preventionmeasures to deal with the risk of the DB mode of highway project.
