Subjective And Objective Evaluation And Optimized Analysis Of FSAE Racing Car Based On ADAMS

Referring to the formula car of Heifei University of Technology,by collecting the parameters of size?mass and mechanics,it builds the virtual model of the HUFT racing car with the stimulation program of Machinery System Dynamics—ADAMS;Then it runs the stimulation of constant radius cornering on the model,and analyzes the results;It also builds the subjective assessment system on the handling stability of the formula car,and selects valuators to assess the performance of the car,and then gives the result.At first,it introduces the content and current situation of the evaluation of the vehicle' s handling stability,emphasizing two studying methods:subjective evaluation and objective evaluation;It probes into the principles of how ADAMS runs;Alonging the flow path,it builds the assembling model of the whole vehicle.Referring to the Experimental Method of Vehicles' Handling Stability,the article runs the stimulation of constant radius cornering on the model.In accordance with Index Limits and Assessing Method of Vehicles' Handling Stability,it analyzes the stimulation results,finding shortcomings of the designing;Choosing three design variables,i.e.entire vehicle mass?tire's width?mass center's location,the thesis runs optimizing on the parameters of the racing car,and by comparing the results of the stimulation,it draws the conclusion.Based on the theory of FAHP,the paper establishes subjective evaluation system of the formula car and the structural model of fuzzy analyzing,getting the weight factor of the evaluation indexes.Then it computes the scores of the valuators' assessing on the performance of the racing car and finds the weakness,it will give an ultimateness at last.The paper researches the property of the virtual model with the program ADAMS,this way can greatly shorten the designing time of the formula car and improve the quality,and the method of establishing subjective evaluation system to assess the function of the car provide some inspiration and reference for later designing.
