The electromechanical installation industry is a basic industry of national economy. Thequality of its development is directly related to the development of national industry. Withthe development of Chinese electromechanical industry, progress of technology andequipment, the deepening of the concept of people-oriented, the human factor has become oneof the most important factors in electromechanical installation industryhealthy development. The vast majority of quality and safety accidents can be attributedto human error, and the managers of the enterprise lack clear understanding on the rootsof human error. Therefore, this paper studies human error influence factors of the constructionphase on the electromechanical installation engineering. As a research direction of human factors engineering, this paper, starting from analyzingthe causes of human errors produced by the three aspects of human, machine, environment, designing the test of the effects of physiological fatigue on attention concentration, the testdata are analyzed with SPSS software. The results show that physiological fatigue willseriously affect people’s attention concentration, and compared to the normal state, attentionsuccessful time value is decreased by0.36%and the times of failure is increased by166.91%in the state of fatigue. Secondly, the paper carries out in-depth analysis on the human errorinfluencing factors in the construction phase of the electromechanical installation engineering.Based on the characteristics of influencing factors’ information, it analyzes the correlationbetween the various influencing factors and human error by using the method of greycorrelation analysis, and the analysis results show that the organization and management, thedesign of technical solutions and control measures, construction environment are the mainfactors which caused human error in this enterprise. Finally, based on human-machine-environment system engineering theory, combined with the human biorhythm theory, put forward three appropriate control measures and management mechanisms to ensure thesmooth construction of the electromechanical installation engineering.Influencing factors analysis and control measures used in this paper enableselectromechanical installation enterprise in a targeted manner to design the managementmeasures and the construction program, to avoid unnecessary financial and human waste, soas to effectively prevent the occurrence of human errors, and ultimately promote enterprisedevelopment and progress.
