With the rapid development of computer technology,innovation of industrial design and the quality and efficiency of engineering is improved,especially in the machinery manufacturing field.Nowadays the traditional product design and manufacturing mode are unable to meet the needs of product design with high efficiency because of the rapid development of product design.In recent years,good man-machine interaction,easy operation and perfect user experience are becoming focus in research.Based on CAD information technology,the main target in this paper is realizing the good combination of 3D modeling and 2D design by using of MBD(Model Based Definition)to develop the Pro/E software secondly,which can effectively increase the design quality and plot efficiency.The collaborative design and manufacturing technology of MBD play a more and more important role.However,the production mode of most of our country's enterprises is "3D modeling,2D production".That means,in the process of production,the 3D model of design information and manufacturing information must be converted to 2D drawings,which has many drawbacks: information not intuitive,not easy to change,large workload and so on.Therefore,how to mark the product design and manufacturing information directly on the 3D product model is becoming more and more important.To solve these problems,this paper systematically reviews the basic requirements of 3D annotation of aerospace products.Using Visual C++ programming software,implements the program development of device modeling tools,process information annotation,text and document information annotation and model reporting tools in a Pro/E environment.Some of these tools are applied in our space enterprise.Among them,the application of device modeling tools and product report tools greatly improve the efficiency of modeling and reporting.the modeling time and report time are separately reduced to 20 and 10 percent.3D annotation can save the time of product design 2D drawings,which can improve design efficiency and quality at the same time.Finally,based on MBD technology,by using Visual C++ and Pro/E software,aerospace products construction system,including product design,analysis,manufacture and management of the whole life,is built on the base of whole information 3D model.
