With the rapid development of our social economy and industrial production,thedemand for electricity sustained grows up. electricity enterprise size is huge. In theprocess of a large amount of energy use, we have to take into account the issue ofenergy conservation and emissions reduction more, so large power consumer hopethat through a set of effective power integrated automation system to improve theutilization rate of electrical energy and economical efficiency of the powerutilization of electrical energy.Enterprises in the process of production, in most cases the operation of theequipments is arranged in according to the goal of increasing the output. such the kindof production mode will lead to uneven enterprise power load form in peak form, thisform makes it hard to run within the range of economic, this lead to a large waste ofenergy. In order to solve the problem, this essay presents a dynamic optimizationalgorithm based on fuzzy active energy saving method, through fuzzy dynamicoptimization algorithm was carried out on the two aspects of the electrical load andthe transformer group intervention, adjust the running time of electrical equipment,transformers and electric equipment capacity between the matching relation betweeneach other, using the system to control the production load actively for economicoperation of the transformer group interval, from the view of reduce the loss oftransformer to achieve energy saving target.In addition, have a lot of electrical equipment companies often encounter a lot ofelectrical equipment at the same time start the distribution network impact problem,the conventional way to solve this problem is designed with sufficient capacity oftransformer, but easy to cause waste of transformer capacity, a "Big horsedrag a smallcarriage" problem. This paper put forward by starting the control system ofactive intervention, separate the equipment from the time of original start at the sametime, reduce the distribution network in the start capacity at the same time, reduce theimpact of the distribution network., you don’t have to choose on the basis of therelatively large capacity transformer, forming conditions for the transformer economicoperation, energy saving effect.Use of load regulation in the production load control transformer economicoperation interval group, while adjusting transformer operation group, reducing thetotal loss running, from the perspective of reducing transformer losses to achieveenergy efficiency goals. After startup problems coordinating large-scale equipment,largely to protect the distribution network, on this basis, you can not choose too largerelative to the capacity of the transformer, the transformer formation of betterconditions for economic operation, while reducing the transformer capacity willreduce purchases of related equipment, reduce the scale of construction plant, savingpower grid expansion costs, reduce construction costs of the enterprise.
