The Research About The Function Of Rural Residential——based On The Background Of The Coordination Between Rural And Urban’s Development Of ChengDu

Since Chengdu City has been started the integration of urban and rural constructi onas the first urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area in our country,The rur al economy has been great developed, the living level of farmers has been grat incr eased, rural residential construction, infrastructure facilities and sanitation environment management has achieved remarkable results, the quality of living of farmers has b een greatly improved compared with the previous, but at the same time, rural reside ntial function has some problems.Some rural community, ignoring the changes in production and life style of far mers change demand for residential function when learnedfrom the city housing desi gn and management mode. So the residential function is not entire, improper layout, activities of daily living of farmers not expansion problem existed. With the further development of urban and rural Chengdu City, the rapid development of rural resid ential construction, these problems will be solved. Therefore, suitable to explore the mode of production and life of farmers residential function model is imminent.Firstly, combined with rural sociology, human engineering, environmental psycholo gy and POE, invested on the rural residential two or three layers of Chengdu city, ana lyzed the advantages and disadvantages of living situation of rural residential of Chen gdu City. Through research, function and morphology of the residential space does not matchpeasants’ lifestylein the new period is the main problem.Secondly, according to the relevant literature review and field survey results, sta rting from the characteristics of rural residential functional point of view, the Cheng du City Rural Residential in different periods are summarized and studied, since the reform and opening development of rural residential Chengdu City is divided into t hree stages of the embryonic period, development period and the transition period. T hen, selected the living behavior as the breakthrough point analysis, analyzed the relatio nship of different periods of living behavior and rural residential space morphology and function, and the internal mechanism of spatial evolution of rural residentialmorpholog y and function.1. The change of the mode of production is the fundamental driving force forev olution of residential space function and morphology2. Thechange of living behavior affects the evolution of residential space morphol ogy and function orientation 3. Farmers’living demand determines the diversity of housing space function and morphologyThen analysized the development of residential space at the present,based on the research about the evolution of the function of the rural residence.Once again, from the natural environment, policy, economy and culture as well as the production and way of life of different aspects, in-depth analysis of influenc e factors of rural residential evolution; evolution and the rural residential Chengdu ci ty function is a combination of different factors result from various factors, internal factors of production, way of life as a rural residential functional evolution influence of the evolution of housing function, is more significant.Based on the above analysi s, summed up residential design strategy based production and life style of farmers.With the increasing emphasis on the quality of living, indoor thermal comfort has brok en through the traditional meaning, become a part of function of rural residential. From th e angle of function design of residential, improve indoorthermal comfort, is worthy of our stu dy. Consider as the climatic characteristics of Chengdu City, the use of Ecotect Analysis sof tware simulation of the typical rural residential thermal analysis, then got the residentialdesig n strategy based onthe indoor thermal comfort.Finally, based on the above analysis, combined with the scale and behavior of th erural residential each function space, summed up the design of rural residentialspace a nd the corresponding strategy, and design of DuJiangyan peasant housing scheme combini ng with the design practice,realistic significance to further analysis of these design met hods, this thesis hopes to provide certain the theoretical basis and reference for the ne w rural residential design.This research study on coupling mode under the background of urban and rurals ettlements in Chengdu City, rural production and is supported by the National Natural Science Fund Project,with the support of this thesis, the design of the questionnaire, th e dataacquisition and the overall mentality has a reliable technology and theoretical sup port.
