With the development of the high speed railway technology by leaps and bounds, dynamic properties of the pantograph-OCS systems is becoming more and more important, which put forward higher requirements for the construction of the high-speed railway catenary. There will be an error inevitably in the construction of catenary. This article focuses on the influence of catenary construction error on the pantograph-catenary system for high-speed trains and maintenance control. Catenary construction error has an important effect on dynamic properties of the pantograph-OCS systems. The smaller the catenary construction error is, the better the dynamic properties of the pantograph-OCS systems is.Firstly, this paper introduces the construction method of high-speed catenary including the catenary construction process and the construction method of the mast foundation and pole, the support and location and the contact suspension. Then the catenary construction error and the range of allowable catenary construction error are stated, and the causes of construction error in the in the construction of catenary is analyzed.Secondly, in order to study the influence of construction error on t dynamic properties of the pantograph and OCS systems, the author established a finite element model of OCS-pantograph system on the basis of the design parameter of the beijing-tianjin high speed railway pantograph-OCS system. In the process of pantograph-OCS systems dynamic simulation, the author got the acceptable range of the construction error by controlling the size of the different factors of construction error and referring to the pantograph-OCS systems performance evaluation criteria, which verified the related standards and guide the construction of OCS.Finally, the author established a finite element model of OCS-pantograph system on the basis of the actual parameter of the beijing-tianjin high speed railway pantograph-OCS system, and analyzed the influence of actual contact line construction error on the dynamic properties of the pantograph-OCS systems. For the line that has been built, the construction error should be controlled in the contact line maintenance. The paper discussed the methods of maintenance control of the dropper, the tension compensation device and the bracket. And then the author put forward the idea of catenary maintenance control strategy including the thinking, the key and the development direction of the maintenance control of the catenary, which can be used to guide the maintenance control of the OCS.
