Research On Layout Model Of High-rise Of Temporary Aggregate-City

In modern times, the development of China’s City Modernization always combine with huge economic effect, also creating City Agglomeration, formatting a serious of economy developed rapidly、function arrangement reasonably and spatial structure concentrative city, that’s called Aggregate-City. With emerging of this form of city, traditional architectural forms and spatial structure are broken, high-rise buildings already turning into a significant way to build the image of a city. However, because the lack of theoretical understanding of the layout of high-rise, there is rare depth study into this problem, the status becomes complexity and uncontrollability. This pressure urged us to conduct a system analysis of the layout of high-rise, combined the demand of high-rise with the city development, provided guidance and suggestions to the layout of high-rise to achieve healthy development.The essay is conducted in the following logical way: raising, analyzing, solving the problem, then checking the solution, and consequently reflecting the problem. In the context of urbanization, the issue of the layout of high-rise has been aroused. After theoretical analysis and practical survey, the main points of constructing the layout of high-rise has been raised. Furthermore, Chengdu has been taken for example when discussing the construction of layout model of high-rise in reality.Ether the discussion about Concentration and Decentralization of "Urban Utopia",or more rational analysis of "Compact City"、"Theory of Organic Decentralization"、"the Theory of Eco-City", in order to understanding influence of the layout for the differences of the morphology of urban aggregates, providing theoretical basis for the layout of high-rise in Aggregate-City。In addition, by analyzing of the layout of high-rise in the typical city of domestic and foreign, depth understanding the selection and emphasis of key points of layout under different characteristic. Thus putting forward the main research results in this paper, that is six points about the layout of high-rise in the Aggregate-City, grasp the relationship between the layout of high-rise and the city’s identity from city’s macroscopic angle. In the stage of validation and reflection, writer pointed to Chengdu as an example, analyzing the layout of high-rise in Chengdu by using the results. Finally, this paper takes "CD Zheng xing Area" as an example, using the theoretical results to design the fire-new layout under the background of urban planning. As another important achievement, Conceptual model is the validation and reflection of this article’s achievements, also discussing suggestions of the layout of this area in the future.
