In recent years, with the development of society and economy, the high-speed railway is developing rapidly in China. According to "the long-term railway network plan (2008)" and "the’Twelfth Five’ comprehensive transportation system plan", the High-speed Railway network consisting of four vertical and four horizontal railway lines will be built in2015in China. The construction of railway lines with speed of160km/h will reach to more than40,000kilometers, and those with speed of200km/h above will reach to about18,000kilometers. Most of the four vertical lines and the four horizontal lines will be designed with speed300km above. To meet the different needs of passengers, and to achive a better interface between different railway lines, trains with different speeds will be running in a railway line, and this condition will lasts for a long time.According to the features of passengers, the generalized cost model is established, and a resonnable delivery method is determined.Through the discuss of the infiuence of different speed train matching seheme, including the share rate, the income of the railway department, the capacity of the railway line, and the travel speed, the comprehensive decision model is established finally. The solution of the decision model is achived in four methods including the minimum correlation, the maximum correlation, the multiple correlation, and the grey correlation, and a software is developed to make it easier to solve the desision model. The decision model is tested with the data of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line, and the results proves the correctness and the availability.
