The Coordination And Optimization Of Transportation Organization In Hub Station Of Container Port And Port And Station On The Basic Of Container RAIL-SEA Transportation

With the development of economy, the economic trade contacts is frequent day by day among various countries and areas, so, there is huge developing to logistics industry and transportation industry, as well as Multimodal Transport. There is a small proportion of Rail-sea Transportation volume to Multimodal Transport volume. It is significant for port and station and container port in Rail-sea Transportation shipping chain, because there are many operation machines and different transportation modes in port and station and container port. The operation efficiency of port and station and container port as well as the transportation efficiency of Rail-sea Transportation can be increased by coordinating transportation organization of port and station and container port, meanwhile, the advantage of Rail-sea Transportation is highlighted.There are five aspects researched mainly in this article as following,1. The concept of port hub station of container port and port and station is given, transportation organization of container port and port and station is introduced.2. The coordination content of transportation organization in container port and port and station is studied on the basic of theoretical Analysis, they are coordination of organization management of construction, convergent content and joining mode of container port and port and station.3. Logistics process of hub station of container port and port and station is analyzed by the method of PERT and CPM, network chart of logistics process is provided in main clue of block container train, then, the critical path is given. It is suggested that containers stacked in container yard is the key for logistic process.4. According to different fates of block container train, the best marshalling quantities of those on based of Multi-Goal Programming Model is constructed, the containers demand quantity and the shorter time of containers stocking in the port could be satisfied. So, the transportation organization to hub station of container port and port and station is becoming more efficiency.5. At last, that modal is used by a certain container port, the best marshalling quantities of block container train are given to verify that modal actual effect.
