To ensure high reliability and good technical condition. After run a certain mileage or time, EMU must return to the Emu base for maintenance.EMU maintenance work is a complex project, which requires multi-sectoral cooperation, will consume a lot of resources and costs. Once an EMU break down will reduce the running time online, EMU transportation business will suffer. EMU authorities require repair work time as short as possible as high quality maintenance and repair costs as low as possible.Therefore, the rational organization of maintenance work carried out to determine the excellent repair process, minimizing maintenance requirements EMU caused libraries to stop time, to existing operations EMU maintenance workflow analysis and optimization.This paper analyzes and summarizes the EMU major maintenance ideas, maintenance mode and repair techniques, introduction of absorbing foreign EMU advanced technology after the self-developed CRH6type intercity EMU technical characteristics, analyze its relationship with CRH2type EMU and summarizes the differences.In this paper, reference Wuhan, Xi’an EMU base CRH2type EMU maintenance experience, made applicable to CRH6type intercity EMU in three hundred thousand kilometers pilot phase maintenance programs, define the maintenance level, repair cycle, maintenance scope and maintenance content.This paper will introduce the engineering management idea into EMU maintenance work, and introduce the development history of network planning technology,which is widely used in construction, engineering and other fields of software development project management.we introduce the development process of network planning techniques to analyze the principles and basic processes.Point out the meaning and significance of analyzing EMU maintenance management by using network planning technique.
