| At present,Hexie Electric Locomotive is the main undertakers of the haul for normal-speed passenger and freight electric railway trains nationwide,showing the very high rate of train-hauling utilization.Under the train-hauling application environment with higher frequency and larger load,Hexie Electric Locomotive’s maintenance has become a more complex and important routine,and the higher failure rate will not only increase the operating cost,but also lead to the increase in the cost of locomotive fault handling,all of which requires the high requirement for the locomotive maintenance factory idle time to be shortened,the quality to be reliable,and the cost should be controllable.In order to achieve this goal,the locomotive overhaul department is required to find the bottlenecks in the repair process according to the actual locomotive situations on site,develop targeted measures,adjust and optimize the repair process for Hexie Electric Locomotive,find the optimal repair scheme and critical path,reduce the factory idle time of the locomotive,improve the qualification rate of locomotive repair,and analyze the process optimization of Hexie Electric Locomotive by laying emphasis on the reduction in idle time,as well as quality improvement and cost reduction.This paper briefly summarize the maintenance ideas,maintenance methods,and maintenance strategies for HXD1 C Electric Locomotive,introduce the maintenance status and development trend of electric locomotive at home and abroad,and make a brief introduction of the main technical characteristics of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive.This paper fully absorbe the application experience of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive in different locomotive depots,such as those in Zhuzhou,Guangzhou,Longchuan,Nanning and etc.,and learn the intermediate and overhaul repair experience of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive from the high-power locomotive repair bases of Chengdu locomotive depot and Guangzhou locomotive repair depot,so as to put forward the repair schemes suitable for the C4/C5 repair of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive,and clarify the repair plan,process flow,and process route,as well as the maintenance methods of the components.The repair process of Hexie Electric Locomotive is considered as a large,complex,and strict engineering routine in this paper.The more advanced and scientific management methods in the field of engineering project are used as the management tools in the practical process management of locomotive repair.This paper briefly expounds the function principle and management process of network planning technique,analyzes the basic flow of network planning technology application,and briefly illustrates the great significance of promoting and using network planning technique in the analysis and management of intermediate and overhaul repair process management and optimization of Hexie Electric Locomotive.With the C4 repair of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive taken as an example,Microsoft Visio and Edraw Project,as well as many other advanced management tools are employed to map the network planning chart and Gantt Chart of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive C4,respectively,so as to analyze and calculate the time parameters of network planning chart,seek and determine its critical path,find the bottlenecks and restricting processes influencing the maintenance and production process,and make some adjustment and optimization of the repair process of HXD1 C Electric Locomotive C4 repair.By virtue of the project management tool of network planning technique,the process management upon locomotive repair can be significantly improved,which will provide reliable assistance to locomotive repair managers in developing detailed production plan,organizing repair work,and finding the optimal workflow,so as to enhance the qualification rate of locomotive repair from process optimization,achieve the important goal of maintaining the quality and safety of locomotive repair,and fundamentally ensuring the stability and security of railway transportation. |
