Discussion On The Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Pedestrianized Street Landscape

Pedestrianized street landscape is an important part of urban public landscape,besides,it is also an important carrier of urban cultural events recorded the evolving history of the city,reflecting the social material and spiritual civilization,people have a strong demand for high-quality commercial pedestrian street landscape. While in the construction of landscape environment,there are problems such as lack of the behavior of users;lack of landscape design integrality and systematicness.These problems are mainly caused by the lack of POE and feedback process,so the problems have been making repeated again and again,or not promptly resolved.Therefore,this paper is committed to establish a proper evaluation methods model of pedestrianized street landscape POE,and applied in practice, providing a reference for future commercial pedestrian street landscape planning.design and renovation.In this paper.the research object is pedestrianized street landscape,taking following methods:a literature review,field research,statistical analysis,empirical cases,building up the whole context of the paper.Through the summary of research at home and abroad.combining with field research of Chongqing City Commercial Pedestrian Street landscape,evaluate pedestrianized street landscape.Integrating theory with practice,using POE evaluation method of AHP,build POE comprehensive evaluation model of pedestrianized street landscape,and evaluate Chongqing Three Gorges Square pedestrianized street landscape with the model,analyze the existing problems and optimization strategy.Although this paper has been specifically optimized for the transformation of only the case discussed,the results have a certain significance to improve the quality of commercial pedestrian street environment landscape. Core studies are as follows; (1) Defined the commercial pedestrian street landscape as well as after use evaluation concepts,learn about the theoretical overview research findings and practical aspects referring to the relevant literature review by home and abroad, as theoretical basis.(2) Theory with actual research,analyse detailedly and comprehensively of the cognitive components from various commercial pedestrian street landscape,functions,features and types,so as to fully understand the commercial pedestrian street landscape attributes and characteristics.paving the way to build commercial pedestrian street environment POE system.(3) Select the appropriate method of commercial pedestrian street landscape POE-AHP, to construct evaluation model,from three aspects-the visual image,using function and running guarantee,to create pedestrianized street environment landscape POE system and to determine its weight values,obtained results of the evaluation factors combined evaluation equation analysis,to establish a scientific,sound and comprehensive commercial pedestrian street landscape POE model.(4) Using the POE model buildt.Comprehensively evaluating Chongqing Shapingba Three Gorges Square pedestrianized street landscape,and making after evaluation of its use to guide the design optimization strategies.
